Week 2: Weigh-in

On Tuesday I went for my weekly meeting with the nutritionist. I hadn’t lost any weight since the first 4 lbs. She suggested that I not skip lunch, that I focus on getting enough protein, skipping dairy and of course getting my exercise. I’ve committed to 4 days a week of walking and 6 days of simple push-ups, sit-ups and stretching. I was bummed that I hadn’t lost weight but I knew when I went in that I had a stressful week which meant I wasn’t focusing hard enough on my plate.  Like tonight when I ate chocolate (man, was it good). I know, KILL ME ALREADY.
